Some companies refer to their team as Family.

Which is amazing in some ways as it makes people feel safe and closer to each other.

At Moralis we don’t do that though 😱🤯

What is a Family?

A family is a group of people commited to supporting each other long-term no matter what.

A family will often find ways of living with each others’ flaws and quirkyness.

A family is commitment for life.

A family may have little to do with individual performance.

A family may not care about your contributions to the family and still love you.

Why we don’t call Moralis a family.

Moralis is very different.

We value Talent Density.

We value Results and Efficiency.

We value Always Pushing the Wagon.

We hold each other to high standards.

While family is for life - Moralis may not be

You as a high-achiever, you should have high expectations of your workplace. You will stay at Moralis as long as you like working with us, like our mission, like your teammates, like your compensation, and feel that we give you a great workplace and atmosphere for growing, developing, and achieving great things.

Moralis high standards for our team members and we will work together as long as you are the best person for the job.

Therefore we don’t call ourselves a family at Moralis - a way better comparison is an elite sports team.
