One person alone can’t achieve anything great because one person only has 24h per day.
To achieve greatness tens and hundreds of people need to work together, share information between each other, support each other, celebrate wins together and handle difficulties together.
By the collective tireless effort of our team we took Moralis from ZERO to over 100k devs using our platform in less than a year.
This doesn’t mean that we on a personal level never become tired - we do - we take vacations and recharge. But once we are recharged we are back in the battle pushing the bar each and every day.
Moralis is only interested in people who are self-going, self-driven and self-motivated.
That’s the only way we can achieve innovation and freedom.
We don’t want to manage people, check in all the time if their task is progressing or not, micro-manage and build-in other overhead that will take time from the fun things such as building great products for our clients.
